Term: The term of a subscription is one calendar year. We do not offer automatic renewal. Service will begin on the date your account is activated.
Fees: Fees are paid prior to obtaining access to the website. Fees may be paid directly by placing a Purchase Order with The Johnson Gage Company. Johnson eLearning LLC will provide website access information when payment is complete.
Refunds: Payment is final. We do not issue refunds nor do we issue pro-rated credits.
Users: A business account is defined by its physical location. A business account who has multiple locations will need to maintain an agreement and access criteria for each location.
Pricing and access for Government, Educational Institutions or Large Organizations with multi- site locations will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact ejohnson@johnsongage.com to discuss.
Violation of sharing access, either intentionally or unintentionally to off-site users will be subject to the business account being charged one subscription fee per each user per each access session outside the location.
We reserve the right to refuse a purchase order and/or not grant access to the website as we see fit.
Intellectual Property Rights. The Website and its content, features and functionality are the property of Johnson eLearning LLC. Any use of the website that is not expressly permitted by Terms of Use may be a breach of these Terms of Use and any violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Terminating your Account: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any circumstance. Circumstance may include but are not limited: Sharing access, violation of Intellectual property rights, inadequate payment, misrepresentation of your identity or company affiliation. Termination may also result in request for compensatory damages for Johnson eLearning LLC including but not limited to expenses, loss of profit, market identity, and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Indemnity: Johnson eLearning LLC will not be liable in respect of any business loss, including, without limitation, loss of or damage to parts, profit, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill as a result of using information from this website. Your use of this website provides agreement from your Company, employer or yourself to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Johnson eLearning LLC from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees related to information directly or indirectly obtained from this platform.
